She has over 15 years of experience in fair trade, sustainable business development, and organic and fair trade certification. She is a frequent contributor to the sustainability debate and writes monthly for the Environmental Leader.

British-born Pax holds an MBA with a specialty in market research from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and a BA in International Relations from the American University in Washington, D.C.
