Q&A: Gliimpse Wants to Translate Your Medical Records Into Actionable Data

CLEANTECH - Medical records, electronic or otherwise, might as well be Ancient Egyptian hieroglyphics to, well, just about anyone other than a medical professional. This makes it next to impossible for us to make sense of our personal health data. But a startup called Gliimpse says it has developed the “Rosetta Stone” for medical records, which helps translate the esoteric information into fluid, actionable data. I recently caught up with Gliimpse co-founder and CEO Anil Sethi, and co-founder and president Karthik Hariharan.

The 3 Best Metrics for Effective Employee Engagement
The 3 Best Metrics for Effective Employee Engagement

ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE - During the last decade or so, human resource management has been essentially flipped on its head. As the human capital gurus over at Deloitte so succinctly put it in its Global Human Capital Trends 2015 report, “Employees are now like customers; companies have to consider them volunteers, not just workers.”

I am talking about the fight for a more prosperous, sustainable and equitable world.Over the past 15 years, the United Nations Millennium Development Goals have brought governments and NGOs together with leaders from the private sector to build the most successful anti-poverty movement in history, ultimately lifting more than a billion people out of extreme poverty.Today, though, there is much more to do.

The results were Sealed Air’s first materiality assessment and matrix. We conducted extensive research with both Sealed Air employees and external experts in surveys and interviews.
