COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS
Your wellbeing is our #1 priority. The Sustainable Brands team is implementing key measures to protect against COVID-19. All in-person attendees must be vaccinated. Additionally, attendees will be required to wear masks indoors when not eating or drinking. We’re looking forward to hosting attendees in a safe environment and we’re keeping an eye on unfolding recommendations to ensure our team and guests have a happy, healthy experience. CREATING A SUSTAINABLE TRAVEL FOOTPRINT
To fly as sustainably as possible, we recommend taking a direct flight whenever possible. Consider the impact of your decisions at the airport and on the plane. Join the #FillBeforeYouFly program and pack your water bottle. We will do our part by making sure 100% of carbon emissions from the event, including your travel and accommodations, will be offset by our event sustainability partner South Pole Group.

Once you register for SB’21 San Diego, you will receive a confirmation email with a booking link. Space is limited, so make sure to reserve your room early.
*Meeting Fare Rules:
- Your group is entitled to a 7% discount off Alaska Airlines published fares (except companion and other promotional fares).
- You may book and ticket on the blackout dates but no discount will apply.
- Any change or cancellation after ticketing is subject to a service charge. All fare rules and additional blackout dates of the fare apply.
- All tickets must be issued online or the Alaska Airlines Group desk.
- A $15.00 ticketing fee will apply to any tickets issued by the Group Desk.
- Meeting Fare Codes may not be posted on websites.
