EQUAL-SALARY is the certification of equal compensation for women and men.
Established in 2010, the nonprofit Foundation was developed in collaboration with the University of Geneva. Audits are entrusted to recognized partners such as PwC and SGS. The Swiss Confederation has financially supported the development of the EQUAL-SALARY certification, which is also recognized by the European Commission.
