Join us for this interactive webinar session where we'll go over the current state of Sustainability and why your organization needs to prioritize Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in those efforts.

Overview

Too many times we silo off key issues, yet, what we've discovered is that most are inextricably linked. Sustainability can no longer be thought of in just supply chain management terms or how it functions around your organization's outside physical environment. At the same time, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion doesn't just reside with your internal Human Resources team. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is tied to all of your business practices, even sustainability. We've learned, even more so in the past year, that if we think of these as 'one-off' factors, we leave so many behind.

Sustainability and DEI strategies must work together. Your key communities may not have access to natural resources such as clean air and water or even the education to know about these things. Now is the time your organization can provide solutions, like education, to help address systemic inequities, remove the barriers that individuals that have existed for too long, and foster growth for a future filled with conscientious citizens. Ultimately, tying together ESG, CSR, and DEI efforts maximize positive community impact and engagement.

Join us for this interactive webinar session. We'll go over the current state of Sustainability and why your organization needs to prioritize Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in those efforts. After that, we want to use this time to hear from you.
