Dow and Procter & Gamble to develop a new proprietary recycling technology targeting hard-to-recycle plastic waste
MIDLAND, Mich. & CINCINNATI – March 25, 2024 – Dow(opens in a new tab) (NYSE: DOW) and the Procter & Gamble Company(opens in a new tab) (NYSE: PG) today announced a joint development agreement (JDA) to create a new recycling technology. The vision is to enable efficient conversion of hard-to-recycle plastic packaging into recycled polyethylene with near-virgin quality and a low greenhouse gas emissions footprint.
