AT&T's Historic Commitment to Help Power The Trevor Project

AT&T has been a champion for its’ LGBTQ employees for over 40 years! In 1975, AT&T was one of the very first American companies to prohibit discrimination against employees based on sexual orientation. In 1998 we adopted one of the very first domestic partner benefits programs for LGBTQ employees. And in 2006 we were one of the first companies to offer transgender-inclusive health care benefits. In 2018, AT&T and The Trevor Project are working together to help ensure LGBTQ youth in crisis know they are loved and never alone. Through a multi-year $1 million contribution and a robust donation of products and services, AT&T will help Trevor expand its crisis intervention services while teaming up at a series of events to empower LGBTQ youth nationwide.
