Sphera Wins $55M Contract to Support Hazardous Materials Management for U.S. Defense Logistics Agency
Sphera offers an integrated solution that gives visibility into the complex landscape of managing hazardous materials across the supply chain.
The DLA awarded the contract to Sphera after a panel of independent analysts determined the Sphera Hazardous Materials Management System (HMMS) solution for hazardous materials management is the only product of its kind to meet the DLA requirements for waste and material tracking.
HMMS ensures compliance with the rules and regulations for the safe handling and use of hazardous materials and hazardous waste, including transporting and tracking, warehousing (stocking, storing, issuing packaging and labeling), and disposing of hazardous materials and hazardous waste.
