Aditya Siroya, hailing from Bangalore, India, is a serial social entrepreneur and the Co-Founder & Chief Impact Officer of rePurpose Global. This platform is a leading force in the fight against plastic pollution, making it accessible for individuals and businesses of all sizes worldwide.

Prior to rePurpose Global, Aditya founded the William Leefe Initiative, a non-profit focused on creating employment opportunities for individuals with autism. He also established Aarogya, India's first digital medicine redistribution platform, with a goal to reduce medical waste and improve healthcare access.

Aditya's achievements include being recognized as a Forbes 30 under 30 honoree, a 2020 World Economic Forum Champion for SDG 14, a Halcyon Fellow, and a graduate of The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is driven by a dual mission: accelerating the transition to a resource-efficient circular economy and ensuring dignified livelihoods for workers affected by our consumption habits. In his leisure time, Aditya enjoys the company of his energetic Boston Terrier named Maya, finds solace in comedy while reflecting on global issues, and loves indulging in homemade pizza
