Aileen leads sustainability at Allbirds, which includes work like Project M0.0NSHOT, the toolkit for the world’s first net zero carbon shoe; and Allbirds's 'Flight Plan', an ambitious strategy to cut carbon emissions in half by 2025, and to near zero by 2030. Prior to joining Allbirds in 2020, Aileen conducted climate research at Rocky Mountain Institute, worked on sustainability in the buildings sector, and was a Clean Energy Leadership Institute Fellow. Aileen earned a Masters in Environmental Engineering from Stanford.
