Allison Nepveux

Allison is a Carbon Business Development Lead at Bayer. In her role, she figures out how to make sustainable businesses profitable businesses - for farmers, grain companies, and the businesses they supply. As the 4th generation of Texas cattle ranchers, she understands that food systems and agriculture are full of difficult questions, many of which have yet to be answered. Her roles have spanned from regulatory policy to sales and operations, including everything from sourcing technologies that can optimize a business to building global market acceptance strategies. Prior to Bayer, Allison served as the Director of Sustainability at Bushel.
