Asher Clark, Vivo Co-Founder and Design Director Shoe Design, Vivobarefoot’s creative direction, Founder stories. In the SHOE-shape design game since graduating from LCF in 2003 with award for fashion innovation and Drapers Yonge footwear designer of the year went on to learn my trade designing shoes for many brands around the world. Been at the FOOT-shaped design hot-seat at VB since 2009 when we re-established it as a stand-alone brand; at which point my passion in sustainability, function and natural human movement led me to dedicate myself to trying to create the perfect range of barefoot shoes. Working alongside my cousin Galahad Clark CEO and a growing group of incredibly smart human beings, Vivobarefoot is a brand that creates products and experiences that literally reconnect people and planet.
