Berklee Welsh

Berklee Welsh is an Associate Manager, Sustainability & Mission at Simple Mills, focused on regenerative agriculture programming, supply chain transparency, and product design centered around human and planetary health impacts. Passionate about where and how our food is grown, she leads the company’s farm-level data collection efforts, climate plan development, and regenerative agriculture engagement programs with farmers in California, Indonesia, and the Midwest—three of Simple Mills’ most important sourcing regions. Berklee has been honored as a GreenBiz 30 Under 30 leader and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley Haas School of Business, where her studies centered on sustainable food systems and human rights.
