Cecilia is an experienced business marketing leader with more than 15 years of experience in the advertising industry. Over the 10 years at Meta, she has been leading the strategy and partnership in LATAM for the Global Agency business, and for the last year she has been leading Business Sustainability and Social Good for Business marketing efforts globally. With special interest in diversity, equity, and inclusion and the broader ESG umbrella, Cecilia has been responsible for leading LATAM region impactful programs like Agency Women Leadership Day and Women Mentoring.
