As a part of the Commodity Sales team at Northstar Recycling, Clara’s work lies at the nexus between industrial food waste streams and scaled recycling solutions. Through Northstar’s process of waste audits, diversion program improvement, and ongoing data collection, Clara and her team create customized solutions for each client; driving value by matching each byproduct with its best and highest reuse method. This work includes dozens of manufacturers across North America and encompasses a wide range of by products from finished goods, to bakery waste, wastewater, fats, niche ingredients, and beyond.
