In recent years, she has specialized in advancing material recovery systems, circular economy strategy, and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) implementation across the U.S. and Canada.

Previously with Resource Recycling Systems (RRS), Coco focused on Markets and Infrastructure, modeling the impacts and costs of recovery initiatives, zero-waste strategies, product design changes, and policy mechanisms such as EPR and Deposit Return Systems (DRS) for municipal, state, coalition, and corporate stakeholders.

Now with RecycleMe USA, Coco works directly with global brands and producers to navigate the rapidly evolving EPR landscape, including producer obligation assessments, packaging data management, reporting strategy, compliance operations, and policy interpretation. Her work spans packaging classification, fee modeling, recyclability and recovery analysis, cross-jurisdictional regulatory alignment, and development of scalable reporting and governance frameworks. Coco brings a practical, systems-oriented approach that bridges policy, data, operations, and material recovery implementation.
