Deanna Bratter joined Crocs, Inc. in 2021 and is the enterprise’s Chief Sustainability Officer. Deanna is responsible for driving the company toward its goal of achieving net zero by 2040, and enhancing commitments and impacts across environmental sustainability, social responsibility and corporate governance. Deanna joined Crocs, Inc. from Danone North America where she was Vice President of Sustainable Development/One Planet.One Health. In that role, she led the organization’s strategy to address climate change, advance responsible sourcing, restore natural ecosystems, improve sustainable packaging, and support people and communities. Deanna holds dual bachelor’s degrees from the University of South Florida and has obtained certifications in Sustainability Leadership and Implementation from the University of Denver and in Sustainability and Corporate Performance from Harvard Business School.
