With over nine years at Columbia Sportswear and its brands, she has been instrumental in shaping strategies and embedding sustainability into their global operations, with a recent focus on product and packaging sustainability. Ellen collaborates across organizations, business lines, and global partners to foster collaboration and ensure success. Among some of her proudest achievements are co-creating prAna’s Responsible Packaging Movement and launching prAna’s first Regenerative Organic Cotton program.
