She and her team focus on on learning, generating evidence, telling stories with evidence, and ensuring that data is helping to drive decisions. She has a BA in International Studies from the University of Chicago, and a Masters' in Public Policy in Internationals and Global Affairs from the Harvard Kennedy School.
