Eric has more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of sustainability, corporate affairs, and business strategy — helping global organizations turn responsible business ambitions into measurable outcomes that strengthen growth, reputation, and stakeholder trust. Most recently, Eric served as the Global Head of Sustainability for Unilever Beauty & Wellbeing, shaping global strategies focused packaging and climate while embedding sustainability across the value chain. He believes impact happens when sustainability becomes part of how a business operates — and has built the systems, capabilities, and narratives that helped the business and brands strengthen consumer trust and unlock environmental impact alongside business growth. Across his broader career at Unilever, Eric led enterprise-level efforts that elevated the commercial and social value of sustainability. He spearheaded a new approach to building sustainability partnerships with global retailers designed to deliver joint value creation. He also oversaw transformational partnerships, social investments, commercial strategies, and advocacy initiatives. Under his leadership, brands such as Dove, Vaseline, Lifebuoy, and Domestos contributed to improving the health and wellbeing of over twenty million people while increasing sales and brand equity — demonstrating how purpose-driven storytelling and behavior-change insights can build impact and loyalty. Earlier, he led the rollout of the groundbreaking Sustainable Living Plan across the Americas. Prior to Unilever, Eric spent more than a decade in Corporate Affairs at a Fortune 100 consumer goods company, leading programs and partnerships that advanced responsible business practices and safeguarded the company’s license to operate. Eric holds a MBA in Marketing from New York University Stern School of Business and a BA from Binghamton University.
