Francis Janes

Francis Janes is the Industry Relations and Partnerships Director at Beneficial State Foundation. In this role, he assists the financial services industry in accelerating their investments in corporate social responsibility policies. A strong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, Francis frequently delivers presentations, webinars, podcasts, and writes articles on these subjects. Prior to joining Beneficial State Foundation, Francis served as an Associate Director at the International Living Future Institute, where he focused on improving social equity outcomes in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector.
