Gene Stoel farms corn and soybeans on his family farm in Lake Wilson, Minnesota. Along with his wife, Kathleen, Gene farms with his son and daughter-in-law. This is Gene’s eighth year as a United Soybean Board director. He currently serves as vice chair of USB’s Communication and Education committee. Gene is a director of the Minnesota Research and Promotion Council, where he chairs the Research action team. He is a board member for the Ag Innovation Campus, a research facility in Crookston, Minnesota. Gene is also past chairman of the North Central Soybean Research Program.
