As the Group Sustainability Officer at BIC, Helen is responsible for overseeing the company’s global sustainability efforts, integrating sustainability into its core business operations, and driving innovation in circular business practices. Previously, she served as Vice President of Global Corporate Sustainability at Unifi Manufacturing, Inc., where she spearheaded the company's worldwide sustainability strategy. Prior to that, she held leadership roles at Armstrong World Industries and Avery Dennison, where she developed long-term sustainability goals and successfully led programs to reduce environmental impact and increase business value.
