Jamie Horst is the Chief Purpose Officer at Traditional Medicinals, where she oversees all environmental and social strategies. Her role includes managing the impact generated by the company’s activities and outreach to communities across the 40 countries in Traditional Medicinal’s supply chain. She is also responsible for overseeing the company’s activation of Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Values, and is the Executive Director of the Traditional Medicinals Foundation.
With broad expertise in all things corporate responsibility, Jamie has built and led world class programs for McKesson and Visa, with impact areas spanning financial literacy and inclusion, STEM education, workforce development, environmental regeneration and resilience, oncology support, and rural agricultural development.
Jamie holds an MS in Sustainability from the University of Vermont and an MBA from the University of British Columbia.
Outside of work, Jamie enjoys outdoor adventures such as skiing, climbing, backpacking, and camping. At home, she is often found studying holistic health modalities, deepening relationships with friends, neighbors and their pets, or journaling her observations on life.
