Jennifer Silberman leads Dollar Tree’s sustainability, social impact, and public affairs strategy, aligning with the company’s long-term vision and business transformation. A dynamic and collaborative leader with 30 years of global experience, she has operated across diverse industries, creating value for both businesses and society. She brings extensive expertise in sustainable business strategy, reputation management, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that Dollar Tree’s initiatives are integrated across its operations, products, and supply chain.

Before joining Dollar Tree, Jennifer served as Vice President of ESG at YETI and held leadership roles in corporate sustainability, community impact, and public affairs at Target, Hilton, and APCO Worldwide. At APCO, where she began her sustainability career, she advised Fortune 200 companies, NGOs, foundations, government entities, and trade associations on various environmental and social issues.

Jennifer holds an M.A. in International Economics and Latin American Studies from The Johns Hopkins University Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and a B.A. with honors in Latin American Studies from Mount Holyoke College. Half Argentine, she is a native speaker of Spanish and Portuguese and is fluent in French. She also serves on the boards of Keep America Beautiful and Net Impact.
