Jenny is a creative strategist and trusted advisor working with organisations that are accelerating a shift from sustainability to regenerative strategies. She uses collective learning processes to help organisations develop innovative sustainability strategies, theories for change, and supporting strategic narratives. She is CEO of We Activate The Future, a strategy and narrative development consultancy.

She designs inclusive learning experiences for teams to help shape accurate questions and explore complex challenges in co-creative peer-to-peer processes, which generative achievable disruptive innovation ideas, and plans to execute them.

She curates experiences where people are empowered to ask challenging questions and create transformational solutions.

She calls on 30 years of experience developing communications strategies for global purpose-led brands and scale-ups to deliver world-class facilitated interventions which deliver results. She is a trained facilitator in Theory U, Art of Hosting, and more recently is training in biomimicry for social innovation.

She is CEO of We Activate The Future, a strategy and narrative development consultancy; and co-founder of The Really Regenerative Centre CIC — a community interest company helping business and citizens of Sussex to develop resillient, integrated, and regenerative economies and ecologies through learning initiatives.
