Julie Block

Farmer
Top Notch Farms

Top Notch Farms is owned and operated by Marty and Julie Block, along with their farming partners. They have four children, Ian, Marla, Korie, and Troy. Located in Jasper County, Missouri, the family farm produces corn, soybeans, and wheat while embracing an innovative, forward-thinking approach to regenerative agriculture. The Blocks are deeply committed to their community, actively participating in agricultural initiatives, local outreach, and extension programs.

Julie attended Missouri Southern State University in Joplin, Missouri. She and her husband Marty of 19 years live in rural Carthage, Missouri with their 4 children. Raising kids while also living and working on the farm doesn’t leave a lot of spare time. When not on the farm, you can find Julie taking kids to sports practices, games and rodeos. Her kids play football, basketball, show livestock, and rodeo. Life is busy during this season, but she also finds time to serve on the county fair board of directors and volunteer at her church.
