Kaley Cross

Kaley serves as Sustainability Manager at Grove Collaborative, where she leads a variety of sustainability initiatives focused on advancing both human and environmental health. With a career dedicated to circular economy solutions, plastic reduction, and corporate sustainability, she has partnered with over a hundred companies in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry to design and implement sustainability strategies — including certifying several B Corporations. She also serves as Board Chair for B Local Triangle and is actively involved with B Corp Leadership Development Conference for the Southeast region of the United States. She is driven by a deep belief that business can and should be a force for good — and shows up every day committed to doing that work.
