Kristina Wyatt is Deputy General Counsel & SVP of Global Regulatory Climate Disclosure for Persefoni, where she leads overall counsel and directs Persefoni's customer portfolio through evolving ESG disclosure requirements to ensure that companies and their investors have the proper tools to measure, manage and report on their carbon emissions. Previously, she was at the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, where she served as Senior Counsel for Climate & ESG to the Division of Corp. Finance and led the rulemaking team through drafting proposed climate disclosure regulations. She also worked closely with the Commission's Office of International Affairs. Prior to the SEC, Kristina served as Senior Counsel and Director of Sustainability at Latham & Watkins. She has an MBA in Sustainability from Yale, her JD from the University of Colorado, and BA from Duke.
