Lauren Lake is the Director of Social Impact for Discovery Education, the world's premiere K-12 education technology company and provider of digital curriculum for schools around the world. For nearly 10 years, Lauren has led the development of partner programs with global brands and like-minded organizations who share Discovery Education's vision of building an equitable, diverse learning environment to improve student outcomes

Lauren’s partnerships with Panasonic, Toyota, The Home Depot, Google, RFK Human Rights and others have impacted the lives of more than 20MM students and have activated curiosity with relevant and engaging learning experiences around topics including sustainability and climate science, STEM, human rights, career readiness, artificial intelligence and behavioral economics.

In 2021, Lauren and her Bengal cat, Sherlock, relocated to Los Angeles from Washington DC for more sunshine, hiking and year-round tennis.
Lauren holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and an MBA in Global Management from George Washington University.
