Dr. meg ferrigno is the visionary founder of MoonPads, a social benefit B Corp dedicated to eradicating period poverty. MoonPads offers organic, compostable pads and tampons through a buy one, give one model, ensuring that every purchase helps provide essential menstrual products to those in need. Meg's commitment to sustainability and social impact is deeply rooted in her two decades of work with the Pureland Project, a nonprofit she founded that focuses on cultural and environmental sustainability in Tibet.

Her passion for environmental stewardship extends beyond her work with MoonPads. She voluntarily serves as the Board Chair for Earth Guardians, an international, youth-led environmental nonprofit. In this role, she supports the next generation of leaders in their efforts to address critical environmental challenges globally.

With a doctorate in sustainability and a rich background in both social and environmental initiatives, she brings a unique blend of academic rigor, hands-on experience, and heartfelt commitment to all her endeavors. Her work focuses on inclusive sustainable practices to drive meaningful change in the world.
