Nancy Kavazanjian is a crop farmer in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. She grows soybeans, corn and small grains with her husband and partner, Charles Hammer. Her farm’s motto is “Our soil is our strength.” She and Charles focus on continuous improvement by using innovation to manage all resources in an efficient and sustainable manner. Nancy also serves as county supervisor for the town of Beavers. This is Nancy’s first year* as a farmer-leader with USB. She serves on the Communication and Education Committee and is a member of the Supply Action Team in the Innovation and Technology Priority Area.
