Nancy Mancilla founded ISOS Group, Inc. to advance organizations’ positive environmental and social impacts through non-financial disclosure; she oversees strategic direction, client relations and quality controls according to the standards it represents.
Nancy Mancilla is ISOS Group’s founder. Since starting the company in 2008, Nancy has orchestrated hundreds of trainings, serves as a thought leader, speaker, and expert in the non-financial reporting space. In addition to certifications for those which ISOS Group represents, Nancy has completed courses from the Greenhouse Gas Management Institute and is registered as a Certified Sustainability Assurance Practitioner (under AccountAbility). Her work has earned her a position in the 2016 Leadership California cohort, the 2015 Lifetime Achievement Award from the Southern California Sustainable Business Council and finalist status in the 2014 San Diego Business Journal’s Women Who Mean Business Award. She also teaches Masters courses at Arizona State University’s School of Sustainability and the New School in New York.
