Nicky Quinn is the Vice President of Marketing at Aleph Farms, a leader in cellular agriculture. With 20 years of experience in branding and marketing across sectors including finance, biotech, and consumer goods, Nicky plays a key role in advancing Aleph Farms' mission. Before joining Aleph Farms, Nicky was Managing Director at Spring Design Partners, working with prominent brands such as Four Seasons, VOSS, Nestle, and Mondelez. Her career includes operating experience at beloved brands, One Lucky Duck, a vegan food and hospitality company, and Brooklyn Roasting Company. She has also held investor relations positions at Cadogan Management and Och-Ziff Capital Management. Nicky earned a BA in Political Science from Vassar College. Nicky practices what she calls "aesthetic activism," using the power of storytelling, design, and experience to persuade people to make better decisions for themselves and the world.
