Shweta Srikanth

Shweta Srikanth is the Chief Circularity Officer at Ecore International, where she leads the company’s enterprise-wide sustainability strategy and its pioneering TRUcircularity® program—one of the most advanced closed-loop systems in the recycled materials industry. With more than 15 years of experience in strategy, transformation, and marketing, Shweta brings a data-driven, business-focused approach to advancing the circular economy. At Ecore, Shweta oversees rubber reclamation, processing, and upcycling operations that divert millions of pounds of rubber from landfills each year, transforming them into high-performance surfaces for education, healthcare, fitness, and athletics. Her team is working to scale the TRUcircularity® takeback program, embed circularity across the entire value chain—from procurement of circular materials and product design to end-of-life reclamation—and set the company’s net zero targets. Through this work, Shweta is helping to redefine how sustainable materials innovation can drive measurable environmental and business impact.
