A 17-year veteran of Nestle, Stephen has spent the past 5 years with Nespresso, helping to build and scale the brand the US. As Advertising and Communications Director, he stewards the brand as a force for good while overseeing creative and media strategy. Until earlier this year, Stephen was Director of Product Marketing, where he led local social impact initiatives like The Things We Hold, an ongoing series of special-edition cups and accessories featuring original artwork to benefit a cause, as chosen by the employees of Nespresso.

Prior to joining Nespresso, Stephen managed global creative strategy for Nestle, serving as a internal adviser to Nestle’s global portfolio of brands. He authored and deployed Nestle’s Brands with Purpose framework, conducting over 30 workshops around the world to encourage adoption.

Stephen lives in New Jersey with his wife and two young kids. His neighbors like him because he provides free coffee.
