Yonata Rubin is the Head of Talent for MGM Resorts International where she oversees talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, employee experience, and is currently navigating the MGM Culture Journey for the enterprise. With over 20 years of Human Resources senior leadership experience, Yonata has been involved in all facets of HR operations at MGM Resorts since joining in 2008 as the Director of Training and Organization for the Bellagio.
