Yuki is a Chemical Engineer by training and has 20 years of experience in sustainability and life cycle management. He joined Braskem in 2013 and has participated in more than 150 projects involving LCAs, supply chain management, Design for Environment, and methodological development. He has also extensive experience in corporate GHG accounting and CDM projects. He is active in the life cycle community serving as reviewer for several UNEP Life Cycle Initiative publications and on the board of directors of the Forum for Sustainability through Life Cycle Innovation (FSLCI). His current role is in advocacy for biopolymers as a tool to reach a net zero circular economy.
