Equal pay for equal work between women and men is increasingly considered the baseline standard for equality and a fundamental step on the path to creating a more inclusive, gender-balanced workplace. But how can organizations ensure that they’re meeting this standard and demonstrating it to employees, prospective candidates and society at large that their actual pay practices match their good intentions?

Overview

Equal pay for equal work between women and men is increasingly considered the baseline standard for equality and a fundamental step on the path to creating a more inclusive, gender-balanced workplace. But how can organizations ensure that they’re meeting this standard and demonstrating it to employees, prospective candidates and society at large that their actual pay practices match their good intentions?

Independent validation by a specialized third-party is a critical tool that can enable organizations around the world to answer this question.

This webinar will focus on the EQUAL-SALARY Foundation’s global EQUAL-SALARY certification process and showcase the methodology implemented by a global multinational company, Philip Morris International (PMI). Véronique Goy Veenhuys, Founder & CEO of the EQUAL-SALARY Foundation, and Laetitia Tierny, Inclusion & Diversity Lead at Philip Morris International (PMI), will share insights and learnings from the rigorous 18-month certification process that resulted in PMI becoming the first globally EQUAL-SALARY certified company in March 2019.
