Growing up in Ohio, sustainability wasn’t always top of mind until time spent living in Australia and traveling through Bali opened her eyes to the growing problem of plastic pollution in oceans and coastal communities. Witnessing beaches covered in waste inspired her to rethink her own habits and start sharing the journey publicly.
In 2018, Aimee began documenting her low-waste lifestyle during Plastic Free July, sharing the wins, challenges, and everyday swaps that helped her reduce waste without sacrificing quality of life. Today, she collaborates with sustainable brands, creates educational content, and consults with businesses on social media and sustainability storytelling, helping audiences understand that small, individual changes can create meaningful impact.
