Jessica brings together the best of IBM to solve clients most complex challenges to accelerate their ESG goals and sustainability commitments, while enabling their quadruple bottom line: planet, people, profit, and impact. She works at the intersection of people, process, and emerging technology to help reimagine supply chains into sustainable intelligent workflows with ESG reporting visibility. Helping CPG, retail and life sciences clients address their respective most material opportunities, Jessica helps design solutions across ESG data strategy/scope 3, responsible sourcing, sustainable planning, smart manufacturing and optimized logistics to reduce carbon footprint, waste management, human rights risk and more. With future-proofed solutions that can scale with ever changing economic environments and adapt to the changing physical environment, she seeks to embed sustainability within corporate strategies. Anchored in the belief that private sector has the opportunity and responsibility to empower people, both customers and employees, to be enabled to make informed sustainable decisions. Recently, she brought this experience to UN’s COP27 speaking to public and private sector on the topic of human centered design for sustainable supply chains and currently serves as IBM’s delegate liaison to WBCSD.
