Paula leads Clorox’s Sustainability Center Commercial Team responsible for sustainable brand building and integration. Her source-to-disposal regenerative approach and culture building focus ensure that the company prioritizes social and environmental impact in all businesses at all levels.
Leading The Clorox Company Sustainability Center Commercial Team, Paula is responsible for sustainable brand building. She serves on the Burt’s Bees Leadership Team and has served in other leadership roles in Brand Development, Marketing and Insights.
She began her career in brand management at Unilever and was global brand manager on Dove during the Campaign for Real Beauty launch that is still influencing the beauty industry and building self-esteem among people. She also serves as president of The Burt’s Bees Foundation.
Paula was selected for the 2022 Institute for Real Growth 100.
