Sandra Seru is a sustainability leader, educator and advocate with over 20 years of experience catalyzing systemic change and collaboration to tackle challenges such as climate resilience and social equity.

Sandra was Managing Director of Forum for the Future Americas for seven years and has held senior roles at other organizations including The B Team and Diageo, where she launched the company’s first integrated social and environmental program across 180 markets. Throughout her career, she has partnered with and advised numerous executives and investors on their impact strategies.

Currently, Sandra teaches Strategy for Sustainability at Bard Graduate Programs in Sustainability - inspiring future leaders to explore solutions that bridge political divides and enhance long-term resilience.
