Sara Rowland

Sara Rowland is a Senior Project Manager in Antea Group, USA's Sustainability and ESG Practice, where she utilizes her ten years of experience in corporate sustainability to help clients integrate sustainability into their business strategies.

Sara supports companies in developing impact-driven sustainability strategies and meaningful supply chain engagements. She was previously a member of the Global Sustainability Team at General Mills, where she worked on supply chain impact, regenerative agriculture, human rights, and reporting. She is particularly passionate about taking a people-first approach to ESG issues, ensuring that all stakeholders are heard, and inspiring systemic change. Sara has been involved in the Sustainable Brands community since attending her first SB conference in 2012 as a college freshman.
