Sarah has worked at the nexus of supply chains and environmental impacts for over a decade. She earned her PhD in Economic and Environmental Sociology at the University of Colorado-Boulder, with a focus on governance and sustainability in cattle supply chains. Previously with Global Forest Watch, Sarah is now head of the Global Canopy Supply Chains Programme — including the Forest 500 and Trase projects — and works to develop innovative tools that help drive solutions to commodity-driven deforestation.
