As the Head of Design Capabilities, Sustainability, and Inclusion at Logitech, Adam oversees a diverse range of teams, including Industrial Design, Color, Material & Finish (CMF), User Experience, Packaging, Graphics, Sustainability, and Inclusive Design. This multifaceted leadership role positions him at the intersection of consumer needs, brand identity, product design, and the company’s sustainability initiatives. From this unique vantage point, Adam guides the creation of innovative products that incorporate sustainable materials and lower-impact packaging solutions, delivering both aesthetic appeal and a commitment to designing for sustainability. In his previous role as Head of Global Packaging at Logitech, Adam spearheaded the rollout of the Logitech’s Carbon Labeling program across all product packaging, and contributed to Logitech’s first Packaging Plastics Policy. Prior to joining Logitech, he held various design, engineering, and packaging leadership roles at 3M, Fiskars, and Motorola.
