Franco Amalfi is a recognized sustainability expert and global thought leader in digital transformation, with over 25 years of
experience advising public and private sector executives worldwide. He currently serves as Global Sustainability AI Ecosystem Lead,
where he leads efforts to bring innovative AI enabled sustainability solutions with partners to market across industries. Franco also
spearheads strategic programs, including Capgemini’s Net Positive initiative.
Previously, Franco was Head of Sustainability Strategy for the Global Public Sector at Google Cloud. There, he launched climate
insights offerings that are now used globally to inform climate adaptation strategies through science-based risk assessments.
Throughout his career, Franco has helped organizations align technology strategies with business goals, delivering measurable
strategic and financial value.
Based in Montreal, Canada, Franco lives with his wife Maria and their two children, Kevin and Markus. He is a graduate of McGill
University and holds an Advanced Certificate for Executives in Management, Innovation, and Technology from MIT Sloan.
