Glenn Zaccara is Director of Corporate Media Relations at UPS, responsible for corporate reputation management including external communications in support of: financial news, earnings, M&A, labor relations, environmental sustainability, The UPS Foundation’s social and community engagement, crisis communication, and the company’s technology investments.
Glenn joined UPS in 2015 after spending the last 10 years on the public relations team at T-Mobile, based in Seattle. His 20+ year background in communications spans in-house and agency roles in public relations, internal and executive communications, corporate responsibility, crisis communication and industry analyst relations. Originally from Connecticut, Glenn earned his bachelor’s degree in English Literature at Trinity College in Hartford, and has been an active community volunteer and nonprofit board leader in support of several different organizations at local and national levels.
