James works in partnership with businesses, NGOs, and other leading organizations, helping them
understand and engage with their stakeholders; identify impacts, risks, and opportunities; and advising
them on strategies to build trust and drive long-term value for themselves and society.
James has over two decades of experience providing strategic insight and advice to a diverse roster of
global clients. James joined GlobeScan in 2009, having previously worked at Ipsos MORI in the UK,
where he provided strategic insights to government, businesses, and non-profits.
When not assessing material issues or understanding consumer perceptions, James can be found in the
dojo training for his black belt, in the great outdoors with his family, or in the pages of a good book
(including the comic variety).
