Kathy Baughman McLeod

leads creation and execution of the Center’s strategy to achieve its goal of reaching one billion people worldwide with resilience solutions to the challenges of climate change, migration, and human security by 2030. She is former Global Executive for Environmental and Social Risk at Bank of America and Global Head of Climate Risk and Finance at The Nature Conservancy. She holds an MS in geography and an MBA from the Duke Fuqua School of Business.
